1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Roomchange website, booking a consultation, downloading resources or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. About Roomchange
Roomchange provides interior styling, space planning, decluttering advice, furniture layout recommendations and decorating services for residential properties and short-term accommodation, including Airbnb properties. Roomchange does not provide architectural, engineering, structural, building, electrical, plumbing or other licensed trade services.
3. Complimentary Consultation
Roomchange offers a complimentary 15-minute introductory phone consultation. The purpose of this consultation is to:
• understand your project
• discuss your goals
• determine whether Roomchange is the right fit
The free consultation does not include:
• detailed room designs
• colour consultations
• furniture selections
• floor plans
• shopping lists
• written reports
• ongoing design advice
Roomchange reserves the right to end the consultation after 15 minutes.
4. Bookings & Payments
Paid consultations must be booked in advance. Payment is required before the consultation unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients should provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be non-refundable. Roomchange reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Design Recommendations
Recommendations are based on:
• information supplied by the client
• photographs
• measurements provided by the client
• discussions during consultations
Clients remain responsible for verifying all measurements before purchasing furniture, décor or materials.
7. Furniture & Product Recommendations
Roomchange may recommend products from third-party retailers.
Availability, pricing and product specifications may change without notice.
Roomchange is not responsible for:
• discontinued products
• shipping delays
• manufacturing defects
• retailer policies
• warranty claims
8. No Building or Professional Advice
Roomchange does not provide:
• structural advice
• engineering advice
• building certification
• electrical advice
• plumbing advice
• legal advice
Clients should obtain independent professional advice where required.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, Roomchange is not liable for:
• purchasing decisions made by clients
• installation errors
• incorrect measurements supplied by clients
• damage caused during furniture assembly or installation by third parties
• indirect or consequential loss
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:

• photographs
• graphics
• room concepts
• layouts
• text
• downloadable resources
remains the property of Roomchange unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
